That has to be a gag surely lol
Unfortunately, probably not -- although it's possibly the most extreme example of "Chinglish" that I've seen. Some technical writers keep a portfolio of examples to use when convincing clients to employ human translators who live in the target region rather than rely on machine translation. A few examples:
  1. In Taiwan, machine translation of Pepsi's slogan “Come alive with the Pepsi Generation” came out as “Pepsi will bring your ancestors back from dead“.
  2. In China, the KFC slogan “finger licking good” translated to, “eat your fingers off“.
  3. The Ford Pinto didn't selling well in Brazil as "Pinto" is Brazilian slang for 'male genitals'.
  4. Still on the subject of cars, "Nova" models didn't fare well in Spanish-speaking countries where "no va" translates to "doesn't go".
  5. In a similar vein, Mitsubishi initially named the car that's know as "Shogun" in UK, "Pajero" (after 'gato pajero', Spanish for "grass cat"). Unfortunately, "Pajero" is offensive slang in Spanish that literally means "w*nker".
