Hi everyone im a new member ive had a motorhome for three years now,we had a static van before,but the ground rent went up to £3,500 a year,so i sold the van and the money i saved on the ground rent i brought my motorhome and saved £7,500 on the ground rent since so realy my motorhome dont owe me a penny.
