Some idiot has changed the business end of the pipe. It now has a large blue plastic shield round the nozzle and a handle at the back. Put the nozzle over the studs on your filler and turn handle. Sounds really simple BUT they have installed a large 5" long bolt across the pipe so you can hang it up easily when finished. Fine but watch the paint work. The pump would not work so the attendant came out to show this 67yo idiot how to connect up the simple to use pump nozzle. After watching him for 5 minutes remove and reset the pump and warning him on numerous occasions to watch the paint work I finally suggested that perhaps I should use the one from the other side. He shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Its not rocket science to pass the other pump nozzle round the pump and connect it up then go round and press the button. I commented when I went to pay that if you are not very very careful you can damage the paintwork but he just said they had changed it because it is easier to use.
