I've now created the new Camping by Water group.

It will cover Camping by water, fishing, boating, canoeing and anything else to do with water.

Create your own threads and add POIs related to water, articles, stories, suggested meets and anything else you can think of.
 
Excellent idea. UK based or anywhere? Bearing in mind a lot of us seem to spend time in France, etc.
 
If new POIs are posted, please will you ensure that these are also posted as POI Additions ... otherwise they may escape my attention.

We have 4 members already and I've started adding info.
 
If any of the members camp up by water anywhere could you add your experience to the group postings.

The groups simply do not work unless the members post in them.

You can post your outing like a blog telling of all your experiences on the trip, prices,fishing, boating, pubs, beer, Busty barmaid, anything to catch our interest.
 
Morganthemoon, I walked there but there is a good size car park and is by a lock on the Kennet. I feel a call before and drinks purchased would probably be ok. They were very helpful to us.
 
Even more impressive 15 members in 2 days and a fair few posts.
