Having been a "tugger" for over thirty years we have always used official campsites, however with a recent move to motor-caravnning we are looking forward to more freedom in where we roam and pitch-up. Having read numerous horror stories about the ease with which 'vans can be "opened-up" we decided to invest in a little more security. Our experience with electronic alarms in the past has not been good, so we decided on additional "physical security".
Having investigated a number of options, and also not wishing to cut-into my nearly new 'van myself, I contacted Paul Harrison, of Harrison Locks in Worcester ( Motorhome Security Locks Alarms Safes ). After several conversations, we arranged for Paul to fit two Heosafe cab locks and a Heo. hab. door lock. Paul is a real RV enthusiast and a locksmith, so we felt in good hands. For the original agreed price, he suggested he fitted the Heo-Abus door lock instead (which is much more secure), all this on a Sunady afternoon and it only took fifty minutes!
If you are considering more security then give Paul a call, you won't find a better man for the job.
