NAVPAL satnav

hi folks.
last year i bought a navpal truck satnav with 2018 igo maps. it was advertised with "lifetime map updates"
the problem is now to update with 2019 maps.
i tried naviextras.com but it is not listed on their site.
the supplier i bought from promised to send on updates on sd card.but they never came & he won't reply to my emails.
anyone know how i can get those updates. please.
