Hi all I hope someone can help. I have just bought from EBAY a navman N20 plus T1 traffic module. I works fine but is missing the Disk 1/3 which contains the desktop management software and the mini usb to round pin adapter for powering the T1. I do have disks two and three with the europe maps. Navman have refused to replace the disk without proof of original purchase 
can any one help, will gladly pay for disk postage etc.
