Nature of Britain

Hi.
Did any one see Alan Titchmarsh's Nature of Britain BBC1 9.00pm tonight. Only caught the first 20mins but what some stunning shots up
in the Cairngorms and some cracking images of the Golden Eagle and Ptarmigan. not sure if its repeated or not but if you are into wilderness areas well worth trying to catch.

hi geoff,
these programmes are fantastic I watch them on sky documenteries
late at night/early morning
british isles a natural history, coast, etc
much better viewing than all the american sitcoms, repeats, and the trash that they churn out nowadays!
and allan titchmarsh does a very good job as presenter

Beautiful wasn't it. If you then turned to BBC4 they had the uncut version. We loved the story of the ants who carried the catapiler off to safety and then when the catapiler turned into a butterfly the ants were then allowed to lick off the oils. Nature at its best, how does it happen

Go to google maps, or Anquet maps & you will see that most of Britain is still covered with fields. miles & miles of fields. Not many cities as yet, lets keep it this way. We are still a farming community. Support the farmers, & lets keep Britain green.
