Well, a three day respite tomorrow, from working in an old shipbuilders ,so an opportunity to leave Inverness and visit a few places in wester Ross.

A few years since I visited these parts, and yet was part of the romance when I got my van 4 years ago.

I hope I am not disappointed, I have my van, I have my dog, I have my health, and visiting one of the most stunning locations in Britain.

Frankly I can't wait, there will be no sites, I have my rods, gun, and I am really up for foraging the plants.

Naturally all with diligence and respect,

Part of the original vision is perhaps about to become reality

Good luck, I'm envious.

Sounds like my type of trip, but I'll be up there later, so leave some for me.

where you going fishing as i youll need a permit to fish lochness,£5 from the boat yard i think.
and worms work best for troot.

mind you you could head for corpach and see if theres any maccy in yet.

Enjoy the trip, I think youre out of the the haggis season though and be careful fishing in Loch Ness, you can never be sure what you might get.

Sounds great Channa!

I'll go to work tomorrow thinking about you taking in the view and fishing.
