My camper

Here is my camper, still a work in progress (just a rock and roll bed at the moment!) but we (me, my Mum and my dog!) have just been for a 2.5 weeks tour round Scotland, we got brave and did our first wild camp, and then a second one in a much better location, the photo is on the coast of Scotland at the second one! I can't remember exactly where without looking at my map but is was fab!

Basically turn down the track (little bit rough and rutted), there is a car park on the left which could be used by larger vehicles, but if you carry on down there is the nice little bit overlooking a small bay, I fitted in ok but larger vans may struggle and unless you park like I did its a bit slopey! There is an area opposite with picnic benches. We were joined by a tent, and some fishermen came and went but they didn't bother us.


The campsite in Bettyhill was ok untill we ventrued into the facilities then we promptly drove away as it wasn't worth paying for! Luckily we found this just around the corner.
