My cab radio has lost DAB!

I wanted to listen to the cricket yesterday on our drive back in the UK however my DAB wasn't working. By this I mean that aside from radio 2 it wont scroll/search for any other stations. Reception is fine for Radio 2 btw.

I can scroll/search and save on AM and FM but nothing on DAB.

MH is a Ducato based 2017 Autotrail btw.

Any suggestions?

Good question. Some months ago since I last used it tbh.

I tried the Reset/Restore function on the radio yesterday and nothing changed. In fact after it telling me it had reset it still held my AM and FM pre-set stations and was exactly the same on DAB: only radio 2 with no ability to move to another station etc
 
DAB doesn't work every where.
Do you have DAB in another vehicle to see what the reception is like at the same location?
Alternatively ask a fellow moho er when you are on a site.
 
The DAB worked fine. It has now stopped working. It isn't a question of reception as I explained. It wont allow any searching for any channels let alone select any and all my stored ones have disappeared.
 
A few thoughts

Have you tried disconnecting the power supply to the radio, leaving it 48 hours and reconnecting.

Have you got a manual for the radio?

Have you tried face book owners groups (Radio and moho)?

Can google help?

You need a proper ariel for DAB some of the Ducato ones are in the mirrors some manufacturers put them up in the roof. Best is certainly outside. Ours is on the roof with a small ground plane as its glass fibre. Works a treat.
 
As I have said its nothing to do with reception. It's all to do with the head unit.
