Serious though
last week 1 murder in my local Country Park and
This morning suspected murder down the road
not connected I think

all within a strolling distance
This is no joke well selling the house is

and all this before Christmas
Thought i would share this little information with you
 
Crime (and murders) always rises on the run up to Xmas.

Season of good cheer I suppose.
 
Not implying you live in a crime zone but When I lived in one of the quietest places in Cornwall there was one murder within 500 yards a double about 3 miles away and a fourth 6 miles!! all within a year! so it don't matter where you live its all about the people.:(
