If anybody is in or passing through the area, the Gingerbread Man pub allow free overnight parking. They don't currently offer EHU, but I wouldn't be surprised if that comes at some point.
They offer breakfasts, an excellent carvery (normally turkey, beef and gammon) and a pub food menu, all available to eat in or take away.
They're a dog-friendly pub (obviously not around the carvery area) and also do small portions of food for dogs.
There's an Aldi just across the road, and Morissons and the town centre are within 5-10 minute walking distance.
