good friends who actually got us into motorhoming had a cheyenne for 17 years P plate 96 finally conceded they weren’t going to use it again health problems & sold it last year for £10,000 came up on marketplace last night for £12,500 & gone already

That does not mean that is what it sold for unless you know for a fact it did.

I was more than happy with the price I got for mine. I sold it through a Broker, no hassle with tyre kickers and general timewasters. :)

Our friends bought a 23 year old Hymer swing last year they paid £10,000 for it then spent £2000 on upgrades. Just sold it for £16,000 because they decided wanted a caravan. They got a 3 year old Bailey Pegasus for there £16,000 I had a look at it this morning and it’s night and day from a 23 year old motorhome all mod cons.

Someone offered me £10k for my old diy Sprinter conversion last week, seems like crazy money to me!

I bought back my self build which I originally sold for £16k for £6k we were hoping to use it ourselves and be able to park easier as we get older, but it was a bit tight on the beds as we wanted to use it as singles, whereas we had it as a big double before, So I put a new clutch and dual mass flywheel in it and popped it on Ebay for £16k again and took £15, 500, they sold it on for £19, 500 Grr.
