Morfa Bychan beach - stay with impunity

The beach between the highest high tide and lowest low tide is not local authority land. It belongs to the Crown. Any fine issued could be contested as not being valid as the vehicle was parked on land subject to tidal range.
 
There is a right of access for leisure purposes:-

Shame the bit that folks park on at blackrock is above the high water mark...

Good chance if you park between high and, low...
