Car park too ful in Kendal, found a nice secure (pull off road) parking lay-by which also had a sign for a camping and caravanning site, on the road to Windermere, A591.

Sorry do not have them, but from Kendal on the Windermere road you will see a sign for parking and a c & c site, it is an old part of the main road until the dual carraige way was built and quite big, we stop about 100yards in but it is about 500 yards long, there is
also a turn off to get to the c & c site but only one person came along while we were there to get to the site..
