Can anyone who has a mobile router they use at home recommend a suitable model for someone living in a remote area with only a feeble 4G signal on phone.

I use a Huawei B311 at home 240v thru adaptor and in the van direct 12v connection always been good enough for my needs and there is a external aerial connection which I've never needed to use although I carry one

That is the same as I use, I get 4G at my MIL'S house even though the phone signal is poor.

I've used it between Greece & Portugal with a 3 sim only place it has been weak is at home so after some testing changed to Vodafone when we realised we'd be home for a spell when lock down started

We’ve used Huawei B311 and B536 in the van with surprisingly good results, the larger B818 is even better if you have room for it. Although that stays home as our main house broadband where even 6 miles from the tower it pull as much 4g+ data as my phone can when close to it.

EE provided us with a router for the home that is portable so can be used in the MH in the UK. We also have a feeble 4G signal so I got an aerial put up at home which makes a huge difference. EE do difference plans based on data required. I pay 45 quid a month for unlimited.

Teltonika RUT950 at home (with loft aerial) and RUT955 in the motorhome (with puck on roof).
