mini battery screw driver

B&Q are selling a small battery powered screw driver for £8.50 also has a led light for screwing in the dark,maybe coffin builders i dont know :)
if u get the chance buy one,its got a good torque and battery lasts a good time.

had to move a sofa today,took six doors off and rehung them with this tool on one charge.

what u still doing flittings,,,,get that van ready and get WILDING, BTW; coming up your way next weekend , to the Grampian Transport Museum, do u know if there is any parking handy for sat/sun night near to it,

this is the last one i have to do as i have the stuff to go into van,but theres a sofa in in it will get rid of that on
thurday then its build fest.
 
Sounds similar to the small unbranded mini electric drill/screwdriver I bought from Tesco about 4 years ago for £6. That has a light on it too. It's an amazing piece of kit. Great torque... I have completely abused it for 3 years and practically built the whole van with it! The only thing that stopped working was the 5V charger which I replaced with a generic one from Maplins.

If this one is the same model, I am totally getting a new one!
 
It's slightly different but very similar. I think I'll definitely get one for that price, I'd be lost if my other one packed up! This is 4.8v as well, and I think my one is 3.6v so it gives that bit more power. I use them for drilling wood and sheet metal too. They are quite efficient on thinnish metal even at low speed, especially if you help them out with a centre punch. With a countersink bit, pilot drill, and screwdriver bit all on hex change I can build things in no time.

theyve added a few more attractions a nimrod and a flight sim.
 
years ago alford mmuseum had a driving simulator,basicly it was like driving a moggy minor on ice and a oil slick
hit the brakes and wait for the grim reaper to say follow me..:D
