Milford on Sea (Hurst Road)

Hi all! Newbie to the forums!! *waves*

After a year of going to holiday camps in our Motorhome we have decided to do the thing it was bought for originally and wild camp more. IT's taken the best part of that year to track down a faulty relay and now we have the leisure battery charging properly (fingers crossed) we're feeling more confident!
Just got back from a couple of nights at Hayling Island (beautiful place!) and we'd like to try Milford on Sea next.
Does anyone have any experience of the Hurst Road car parks (east or west)? I've google earthed it & it looks as if it's almost on the beach. I'd be very grateful of any information or personal experience that you have.

Would love to go to a meet too, if you have any that are child & small dog friendly? (We live in Hampshire)

Look forward to your replies

Hello Debby and welcome - there will be a meet on 28/29 September probably in Hampshire or very close. Children and dogs most welcome.

Look out for the Southern Frosties.:welcome:

I'm organising a Club 80-90 (VW T25s) meet at the Fox & Goose, Greywell on 28-30th September. Why don't we join 'em? Free camping, huge field, dogs and children welcome, outside loo and tap. Just off M3. Good walks by the canal to King John's Castle.

If there is enough interest I'll start a new fred.
