metal detectors

Hi, I'm thinking about getting a metal detector to use while away with the motor home,are there any like minded people who can suggest a good one i can have a bit of fun with but i do not want a toy ,can go to £300.00 ish,happy travels,david.

i have a laser hawkeye paid 250 for it easy to use,and join a club as they have lots of permission and you will start to find decent stuff,
