Mercedes Vario windows

Hi Guys and Gals.. hope your are well...

I want to fit some new Seitz windows in our 2006 Merc Vario Panel... the van has grooves in the side panels.. just wondered If theres a special Mod that needs doing/ buying to get over this ??
