help i'm looking for an exhaust from down pipe back for a merc 508D or 709 i'v got a welder so dont mind patching it up or where i can get a new one been looking for 3 weeks now its all i need for mot to get out this summer.any help would be much appreciated.many thanx,snug jake.

nice to know theres people keeping these old beasts on the road(even tho parts are like looking for hens teeth in rocking horse s**t).the link above that big millie sent me is worth a look i'v found what i need(thanks you bigmillie)you need to copy and paste the link on google,the first few results dont connect but if you run down the sugestions it will come up.i believe the 508 605 709 are compatable if your prepared to do a bit of jiggling.best of luck hope this was helpfull.jake

i got mine 85 all in, from germany 2box system had to chop it for side exit but thats because of the body fitted

thanks i did see it but didnt know if it was complete and wether i needed exhaust brake,i'm seeing a friend that knows a bit more than me tonite(i'v always been a MK1 MK2 transit fan) so fingers crossed it mite fit.
