It was a grand story too.

Lenny I think it would be fair to say became our ambassodor and tirelessly kept us up to date with the adventure , I for one felt part of it.

Tbh I would have loved to have witnessed and enjoyed Hayfield at the end, sadly committments didnt allow.

dont you just love committments ?

Hi Lenny,
thanks for the memory, I think that last bit of the walk, with Eric, Barry and Shiba, from Hayfields to Edale was one of my highlights of the year, with the rest of the gang from Wildcamping.
How those guys carried those Packs was unbelievable, did they have bits of rock in them collected on the journey, or a stash of Malt from Bonny Scotland?
Thanks to Rob (rebbyvid) for the Taxi back from the pub at the end. we needed him
Would be nice to meet up with the lads at Hayfield opening meet.
