Membership Badge/Donations

The badge design is now ready as promised. This was not an easy one as the title of the website is far to long to be incorperated into a small badge without looking far to busy.
In the end we have created a styllised design in sterling silver.
The badge is hand cut from 1ml Silver, once the holes have all been drilled with a bow drill, the wording is hand pierced with a jewellers saw.
Then the back of the badge is stamped with our sponsor mark before soldering on a lapel pin fitting.

The normal cost to commission a badge like this would be £59.00.
The cost to members is what was quoted originally, £20.00
ten pounds directly to the site and ten pounds to cover our material costs.
Also we usually send all jewellery by special delivery, this is £4.95.


Total price £24.95, unless of course the badge is picked up, then it is only £20.00.

Excuse the quality of pics, dont think anything is harder to photograph than jewellery:)

The size of the badge is aprox 33mm x 19mm x 1mm

Hey Zeezee, cheque is fine, will pm details. Not sure if you are going to the borders meet or not, but will save you a fiver in postage if you are.

BTW. Great Idea in supporting the site ,though I think you are being a little over generous, IMHO.

Nah, to tell the truth Lenny, I quite enjoy doin this sort of thing. The personal experiences ive had over the last 9 years have made me prioritise to the point that making money is not so important to me anymore.:)

If you cant manage to hammer it into your plus fours, you will find there is a clue in the words lapel pin.;):)

Bl**dy el AJ, I have to sink a fair bit of JD to get in the confused state that your in:).
Look at the third pic, you will see a round clasp that fits over the pin and locks in place once you have pushed the pin through yer blouse.
