we are going wildcamping 2nd & 3rd march somewhere between corwen & llangollen this weekend we got a 261 mclouis if any1 want to join up,we will prob stop in one of the laybys or we might even go into corwen sam & dave x :)
 
Keep your eyes open for a Tiffen Allegro Bay with a black Ford Focus behind it.

Hi Sam. As I go to that area very frequently, I thought I would recommend Corwen main car park as a suitable wild site (or as wild as a car park can be).
Directions are :- Drive into Corwen village centre & turn right just by the statue. If U go past the Nat west bank on ur right, u have gone past the statue.:eek:
After this right turn, the main car park is about 100 yds on ur right.
I usually drive straight ahead & park at the end of a row of 2 or 3 logging trucks. I have never had problems. ;) There is a Kebab takaway & a chippy in the centre of the village & toilets if required in the car park. Also a small supermarket at the car park entrance & a butchers, newsagents & chemist near by.:)
If u want good pub grub, go back to Carrog to the Grouse Inn. (beautiful location)
Have a good time. We were there last week!:cool:
Oh I nearly forgot. The car park will be quite busy on Saturday morning, but u will not have any problems.

About 40ft long including car and trailer. Picture on I think.
