floods
We were up in Matlock last weekend (13th Oct). The river was normal height then, we asked in the t.i.c. if they had been affected by the floods from earlier in the summer but they hadn't, which was lucky. Apparently it was a bit further north in Chesterfield that had been badly flooded.
