Was informed by one of the weekend papers that the number one symptom of the male menopause is.....buying a campervan!
Agh, after years of resisting the lure of little red sports cars/harley davidsons/jet skis/trophy wives I've finally been outed by a tatty 1997 Renault Master. Well I might as well embrace it fully - where do I sign up for the £50 haircuts, spray tans and Botox?

I gave up paying for haircuts 10 years ago when I had so little left that before I had time

to sit down & become comfortable the barber had finished trimming,started brushing my collar &

whispering into my ear "anything for the weekend Sir"

REALLY !!! Then my male menopause must have started when I was 19 year old. That is when I bought my first camper van, a bull nose Bedford van☺☺☺☺☺
You won't believe it, but the Germans loved them and would import them.

Similar to you, at 18 I had a Thames 15cwt camper with lift up roof (that leaked), done the motorbikes several times in my life, microlighting, Scuba, etc

NEVER bothered with a HOT car, cars are for getting from A-B to do other things.

Unlike a lot of Menopausal males, I rode bikes and flew in all weather, the camper/motorhome is used 50 weeks of the year and had a jolly good time. NOT a poseur.

My one chance in life.
