fry a few rashers of streaky, cool it, cut into inch pieces and put in bowl with 2 crushed garlic, a pack of baby spinach ,wilted,and half a pack of Philadelphia or cheap soft cheese, mix it up
cut a roll of ready rolled puff pastry in half then squares and put the mix on and fold into triangles and crimp, cook at gas 6 till cooked
substitute bacon for smoked salmon or cold sausage, parma, chorizo whatever
