expect to fill tank to 80% of actual capacity.
also expect 80% of the mpg you would get with petrol
so if you get 50 mpg then you would be down to 40 with LPG
but of course you would only be paying less than 40 p a ltr compared with 90 for petrol.
how that compares with diesel depends on wht MPG you get with your diesel.
the conversion for the diesel to MPG is very expensive......and would take many years to even get the costs back.
best place to get LPG
Trinley tech cambridge area. [I am going there as soon as I have the cash]
they provide a kit [simple to fix] and then will check it and issue a certificate for
insurance co.
kit costs about £400 and the certificate £25.

the EU have a restriction on the amount of tax our rip off gov't can put on LPG because it is a green fuel.
and you are also helping the environment.
