Having read Lochsmith's tread about Brownhills, thought I would post on my experience with Lowdham.
Had a problem after 6 weeks of ownership, with my 2008 Autotrail Cheyenne 635.
Problem was it would not power the fridge run the radio or charge the batteries while on the move. All worked OK when parked up. Also freeview box went down.
Lowdham have done a wonderful job in getting my home back on the road. It was the Sergeant main control unit that had failed.
The unit has been repaired in quick time, and a new freeview box fitted as it was pointed out that it would be needed this weekend for the superbikes ar Croft.
For a main dealer they have been first class in my opinion.
Fingers crossed all stays good from now on.
Not sure if this is a one off experience, but believe good service should be praised as we all moan when its poor.
