Leaking roof vent

So it's been 11 years since I fully converted my Transporter high roof van. At the time I fitted a fiamma roof vent and sealed it with a none setting mastic like stuff but after 10 years it started leaking were the sealant was weathered and cracked. About a year ago I got a new vent the same one as before and this time I used Sikaflex but this has already started leaking. On doing some research into sealant one stood out called forevercoat self leveling sealant but it's a brand from across the pond in America and I can't seem to find it over here. Does anyone know of any equivalent brand sold over here in the UK.

To be honest CT1 is my go too for most things but Sikaflex 522 is what I used on my Maxxairs and its been fine gone from The Alps to plus 40C and no issues, perhaps it was not properly cleaned before use, to get the old stuff off you must use the Sikaflex remover called sika remover 208 it also removes just about any other sealant etc you can think of.
