Lake District to Holland

Hi what would be the cheapest way to get from the Lakes to Holland. Should I head South and get ferry from Dover to Calais then drive up through Belgium? Or I could head over to the North-East and get a ferry to Rotterdam. Maybe there's other options. Any practical suggestions most welcome

Hi Sue I decided the cheapest thing to do was not go. It's probably **** over there anyway. Flat and ****, and boring.
