Lake Bala this thursday ?

thinking of having a butchers at Lake Bala before going to Bauemaris Angelsey for the week=end, anyone got a tip where to park up overnight at Lake Bala ? within a short walk to town/village/pubs etc...
If anyone at Bauemaris over the easter break, give us a knock for a brew/chat, we'll be on the main grass carpark early evening. Van is a "DETHLEFFS".

We did overnight at Beaumaris but got a knock on the door the next morning from a bloke claim to work for
the council. He said he had received a complaint and told us not to overnight there again.

as a regular visitor to Bauemaris I've never been told to move off, but i always make a point of paying the parking fee but sometimes we move off to Penmon just up the road, never ever problems there.
Also due to cutbacks the council don't work over the bank holiday week=ends.

Drive past the main Bala lake carpark heading towards Dolgellau, shortly after you will see a small carpark on the left, big enough for 2-3 motorhomes, lakeside view and short walk to town.
