kontiki-sliding door prob

Hi just bought a kontiki 665 and having prob with sliding door to loo keep coming off runners. Anyone ideas how to solve this ? Hubbie thinks could be the metal runner at the bottom

Hi Pam most sliding doors have nylon bush type rollers and they do wear maybe that could be your problem.
