£10 per night doesn't seem expensive ?

Favourite haunt of ours, along with Ruby Bay at Elie just along the road. We prefer Elie as there are shops within walking distance and the Ship Inn is great for food. Kingsbarns is really nice but apart from the beach and a longish stroll up the road to the pub there isn’t a lot else to do there.
Please make sure you pay for the stay - all the income is ring fenced and Fife does a lot for us motorhomers.

Take a look at this. It’s all the carparks currently available in fife. They intend to triple the amount of places in the next 18 months, and improve facilities. And as Toni states all monies are ring fenced for these improvements.

We were there last year lovely place we also prefer Ruby bay at Elie gorgeous place well worth the £10 charge

It is great that Fife is doing this, I think £10 seems a bit too much to just park if I'm not using any of the other facilities.

Not all of their car parks charge £10. Some are £5, others free.
The £10 a night carparks are the honeypot places.
I do think that £10 for Craigmead is pricy.
Craigmead was never busy for overnighting normally only one or two doing so each night, but it is busy during the day.
But they have installed new facilities at Elie, and Kingsbarns, and Robbie plans to extend the amount of places from 51 to 150 in the next 18 months. This money is ring fenced and will go towards these costs, and improvements in future.
