Stainless steel to ally

1 push 22mm scocket through stainless lid to form a hole / spout. To push whistle on ? Very clean

2 metal hole filler used on vans sump and not leaked used as glue to stick whistle permanent ? To stainless steel lid ?

3 plastic disk the same size as spout on ally kettle atached to stainless steel lid ?

All would need from 16mm 24mm hole drilled in stainless steel lid !.

Silicone sealant is all you need, withstands well over 100 Deg C.
Use clear, as that typically doesn't have fungicide in.

I cup kettle not family 2500ml I want a. 800ml . so less than a 1 ltr but cant find a 1 cup kettle. For induction hob.

The milk thing is the right size but no whistling.
ours is a 2l kettle but we just put in what we need, it's not compulsory to fill it..

Just trying to reduce the size !.

But must have whistle as it will be on electric.
