..Magistrates court case was today... cost me £500 and 21 day ban:cool:
fine with that, on the 26th I have a clean licence, I won’t be buying fuel till then
and who wants to drive in this stuff anyway…:rolleyes:..:p

having said that… i'm angry that copper told me speeds lower than on his statement by 20mph:mad:
... this may have influenced the bench.:confused:

Disappointed that they can say 1 thing to me face to face at the scene then embroider to the courts.:mad:

Totally disillusioned with the legal system now..... i expected honesty from the boys in blue.:(

Sainbait will be pleased to know that my Solicitor agued successfully
against hanging drawing and quartering. :D

Don't dwell on it, it could have been better but it could have been so much worse....

Truly pleased for you Andy, I know this was worrying you. Stay home and stay warm until the beginnig of next month and then back out when the snow has gone :D

A ban automatically wipes out any points accrued. Whilst it can be a pain in the arse with insurance, A fresh licence.

dont ever confuse law with justice they are not the same thing. justice is there for those that can afford it
