Once upon a time it would be hop picking etc and then down to France for grape picking. The life of travellers.
Many I have met on the road do some sort of Internet jobs, but I wouldn't know anything about that.

something that seems to come up in the US outside of the Holiday Season is working at Amazon around Christmas time. I would imagine Amazon UK would also need extra temporary staff? won't come with MH parking though!
