Italy - Low Emmission Zones

Heading down to Sicily next week and have just heard that Italy also has LEZs. I knew about them but thought they just applied to commercial vehicles.
Had a look at their web site but still not clear as to whether the zones are going to be a problem
Our Hobby is under 3500kg.

Has anyone managed to sort it out and have any advice for staying out of trouble from the lez enforcers
