me and my daughter are going to the TT with the bus I usually stay in digs with the lads (If you are reading this Di i,m still coming to the GP) the thing is we arrive around one in the morning. Can any Manx folk tell me where to stay so we don't disturb any one. Till at least it gets light anyhow, I was thinking of overnighting on the car park by the marina what do you think? I know about mooragh and Sulby. Can you suggest any other spots and places to camp, and also for waste and refill. Sadly not taking a bike so the bus will not be left in one place but used as sole transport

We had a great week in the IOM last year. Theres a great campsite in Peel and a lovely small one in Laxey. We also saw people wilding by the beach in Laxey.
We wild camped in Port Erin at the end of the bay next to the old Marine station - lovely place and handy for superb Bay Hotel. Theres also a small 24 hour car park in Port Erin next to the beach.
A superb spot is Fleshwick Bay just north west of Port Erin where we spent the night. I'd recommend there but there is limited room to turn round - depends how big your truck is - I'd advise walking down for a look first!

But bear in mind that in TT week EVERYWHERE will be chocka so you may have to wild camp!! South of the island will be better in general.
