Sitting here, more and more amazed about some English MH web sites.
Oh no, not this web site of course, here one can write posts and having nice conversations with nice new friends as long one behave (at least I think so).
I mean some other web sites where you are out on your butt after a handful of posts – “pay or else…”. “Now you have only X posts left…”
Should gladly have paid the member fee a loooong time ago but you see, I will NOT give out my card number on the net.
So I am waiting for the site manager to get – and publish - the IBAN and BIC numbers I should use in order to make an international payment directly through my bank.
But no numbers are appearing and now I don’t care anymore. Will anyhow keep the bookmark to the site to see if something happens, just for fun, but the attraction is gone.
Funny how small things can change your mind.
Suppose freeloaders isn’t much to care about but I was in fact ready to pay the fee, so maybe I shouldn’t see my self completely as one of those disgusting freeloaders.
Just wonder, what is the reason to lock people out from writing on a site, normally the opposite goes, as much writing and reading as possible is wanted on the site in order to attract even more people.
I’ll never gonna understand this…
