Hi all, whats the best company for selfbuilds, had a quote from Saga, £572....
Adrian flux wanted £400.., a couple didnt want to know self builds.
My current co. is motor Caravan Wise, they quoted £270.90.
Its not due until 26th, so I can have a look around if anyone knows anything better.

hi zeezee. its allan iam with caravan guard and my ins is fully comp for my motor home and it is 222.25 a year

I renewed my policy with Caravanwise, £275.
When I got the policy through, I find that I'm not covered to use the van to go to work?
I dont know how many others use their vans as daily transport, but I would check it out.

Try Shield,,,i used to be with Flux with my selfbuild,,but shield are cheaper and give good cover for selfbuilds,,they like you to have a window in each side tho..

Give insurance choice a try. I'm insured with flux but they weren't the cheapest quote but they bet someone else when I called them back.

Try Whittlesey Insurance, we're insured through them and they seem to know all the ins and outs of motorhomes.
