Insurance small print

There was a feature on the Money Program at lunchtime Saturday lunchtime pointing out that Allianz and Admiral had a clause in their policy, that the insurance would be totaly invalid if the driver had ANY alcohol or drugs in them when they were stopped or had an accident. It was any alcohol not just over the limit and it was said possibly even prescription drugs.

This is for policies sold direct. They had removed it from those sold by brokers after they protested but have no intension of removing the clause on directly sold policies.
