1 My cancer opis now planned for July 19th so no uk in 2023
2 We are selling our uk house asap
3 our motorhome insurance with Aviva uses our house as our address
This will have to change in september when insurance is due
4 provided we can find an insurer we will
A keep the motorhome in storage until April 2024
B do 1 last trip to Scandinavia
C sell the motorhome in August/sept

So I need an insurer who will accept this.
I have a reliable mail forwarding agency and they deal with 95% of our mail including DWP and HMRC

I Have emailed AIB
However any other recommendations
For now I insure with Comfort/Aviva and I suspect nogo but will ask
_------_--------
Cancer op delay due to availability of the 2 main surgeons
No 1 to remove the cancerous tissue
No 2 to do reconstruction and plastic surgery
Then 2 weeks in a high care ward.
The lump is now as big as an avocado !
Unpleasant unsightly but not painful

That’s a dull one Phil with operation delay. If you need an address to keep van insurance current. Feel free to pm me, you can use my address. All the best to you and Nida, mate.

Thanks Terry,
However some insurers require the address to be owned by you or rented.
My Boatmail address is good for most things ?
I think some on here use an offsprings address which might be slightly dodgy
It is all a bit silly really as boatmail is a reliable system.
I suspect an insurer might comply albeit at a slightly higher premium
This would be ok for 1 year.
Again a bit of a nonsense with dvla so slow or on strike

Had an email from AIB and called them.
YES they will insure me.
Fulltime rate but they are happy to use my reliable mail forwarder
( a sensible policy )
Joe was helpful yes it will cost more but...

So 1 hurdle overcome
Ps comfort would let me use a friends house !

I hope all goes well with the opp, I mentioned before that I have just gone through something similar, I am pleased with the results, this is how it looked after the dressing was removed from the skin graft

And it looks a lot better now,

I had more than one removed but that was the worst and although it was big I think your avacado size pips it.

I have just had the all clear so feeling happy, keep us informed how you get on

Please to read all is good.
Thanks for sharing.

And a little known fact ..... when it comes to healing from burns and skin grafts, the older you are the better you tend to heal ;)
I can't remember the reason behind that, but found this out when I had some grafts :(

Terry, I'm so sorry that I didn't realise your condition, please accept my sincere apologies for making lite of it
Sorry
Peter
