as i am now camper van less and running a car ,due to family circumstances for a while . i decided to buy a mercedes c250 nice car and with it being a diesel i am getting up to 50mpg nice after the 20 or so with the van so i decided to join a forum for this type of car . what i am very surprised to see is the amount of members condoning fronting and the practice of some who cannot afford the high cost of insurance for younger owners using there cars with no insurance . so we all think of the non insured driver as someone who drives a cheap banger and as a irisponsible yobo that cannot be bothered when some are quite affluant and driving rather expensive marqe motors ps i will still stay on this site because i intend looking round for a new motor to carry on wild camping . looking for somthing like a vito mpv . i did check out the renault espace but could not find one that anyone could tell me wether the cam belts had been changed . and another few hundred quid on top of the purchase price to change a belt is not for me so it looks as if i will have to keep looking can any members on here advise about fitting a tow bar and the benefits of caravan ownership :scared::lol-049:

a lot of motorhome owner are as well off with a caravan:juggle: they only drive to a site set up home then travel round on what ever their chosen mode of transport is so why not have a caravan it's a much cheaper option

P.S. due to a family get together we are booked onto a site for the next bank holiday £14 a night payed 3 night but i bet i am away early sunday morning to do our own thing for the last 2 days, kin familys don't you just hate em
