I received my renewal quote last week, it had gone up to £404. Decided to try for a better quote online. Next quote was £389 and then got a quote for £108. The quote for £389 contained a note to say if you get a better like for like quote we'll better it. To my surprise they did, it's now down to £107. That will pay for a bit more diesel this summer.

The quote for £404 was from Sureterm, £389 was Adrian Flux. I then tried RH Specialist, they quoted £108. Then Adrian Flux bettered that. The contents cover is now down to £2000, it was £5000 with Sureterm; but apart from that it's just as good.

Thanks for the advice,Nedrawnep, will be ringing RH specialist for a quote , I assume they specialise in classic vehicles, I wonder if a 1985 campervan is classed as a classic ?

Interesting. They'll be on my list to contact in September, however it looks like they are part of Equity Red Star and none of the brokers who's policies were underwritten by Equity Red Star could quote for our current van last time I phoned round.
