Ooh, now I'm very fond of dhosas & kerrala cuisine.

Met some friends in the Diwanabh bel puri house in Drummond Street (near Euston station) the other week - proper dhosas, with excellent coconut & onion pickles.

I have spent an hour looking through the recipes seem very authentic , I think I am going to be busy !...A lot of recipes seem to work well with pressure cookers eg Chana dal ,,,,I am sure I have one kicking about at my dads I will liberate
