Hi, The more Discerning readers among us will have seen that we are in today’s independent newspaper. Under the heading "things to do tonight". it recommends the Wild campers gathering at the Portsmouth arms, Devon.

Unfortunately this publicity probably means that the less discerning among us, Northern wild campers wearing hoodies, will gate crash this genteel get together and create havoc during the invitation waltz competition.

shame my van is off the road at this moment in time as us ex northeners here in wales could join up with you lot up north in hoodies, and go and show all them southeners how to realy party :D:D happy new year. hic hic
 
Wonder how that got in - there's even a link to this forum.

I'm not convinced such publicity is a good idea, might land the pub owner in trouble with the local authority. Unless he has a site licence of course?

Thats funny Dezi, I did not see anything about it in the Big Issue.

I would have been there myself but the Governor looked unfavourably on my Parole application (again:mad:). He said that greivous bodily harm was too serious for early parole.:(

Got to go now, it is slopping out time for me and Fletch. :rolleyes:
 
i thought gbh was natural way of life up in gateshead and as such shouldent be against against the law. you have been harshly treated by the courts. we need to start an appeal free maingate the gateshead one, happy new year

Free the Gateshead one indeed. A campaign to free Attila the Hun would get more support from me. The more of those dubious northerners we can keep behind bars the better I say.

Hi Dezi,

Just the sort of dyed in the wool Tory comment I would expect from you. You think your white collar crime is victimless while a poor soul like me gets time for throwing a bottle of Domestos at a copper.

I was stitched up like a kipper, done for GBH when the charge should have been a bleach of the police. :D:D:p

1st day of 2011 & I am being branded a tory. Still looking on the bright side,any further insults that come my way this year will hurt less.

I cannot comment on the various upmarket enterprises that I have been involved with in the past,but my legal team have advised me that nothing can be proved.

if it comes from donny it must be a scam .there all dubious there, beware you have to watch them from south yorkshire
 
the local farmers in wath and barnsley area say the sheep there have been a lot more settled this last 18mths? wonder what changed to cause that:confused:
 
You can stop now, the last reader from the "Independent" was convinced we are all mad three posts ago. All boarders successfully repelled - business as usual. Happy new year, all.
