Always better to be honest than sorry in the long run, may cost you a bit more but think of the headache if it is null and void. Not only wont you get the cost covered for repair the likelyhood is you will need to declare that when trying to insure it again, and it will likely cost you even more.

So which companies ( Insurance) Out there cover full time living in your van ?

Trouble is if you make any changes to your van and declare it they charge you something like £35 for the privilege, so make 2 or 3 changes in a year and it gets expensive.
