Ikea table lamp solar

They are ok for back ground light but i found not bright enough to read from but it looks good of a night if your away from your motor looks like some one is in.:wave: PS got plenty of lovely rain the fishing lakes now look a lot better :):)

the one important specification for a lamp is it's light output but that is not quoted, but I suspect if it can last for 12 hours on the capacity of an AA battery it will be pretty feeble?

As I turn all my electrics off when I leave van that would be good then, a internal light. Any excuse for meatballs really :)

in addition I also have one of these but with small stars pattern in the van for indoor use only, switch-able from white to colour changing came fro B & Q a couple of years ago about a £5 but no longer stocked.

B & Q have a wide range of solar lights I have found them to be reasonable quality and are more widely available than Ikea

These work well. If you leave them to run out it does not take long to get them going again. Some also have a solar panel as well.

No, never used one, but we use one of these above the bed, (screwed to bottom of shelf) leaving the solar panel in the window, don't know how long it would last, but we've had it on for a good few hours without a problem, light enough to read by, and easy to move about if required.

Ours is slightly different, it doesn't have a remote and definitely lasts longer than 3 hours.
